Partnership between MATERNA and innovaphone

IP based telephone system now with Office EDITION for Lotus Notes

MATERNA Information & Communications and innovaphone now combine their expert knowledge to create attractive solutions for corporate customers. The efficient VoIP telephone system comes from innovaphone, and the Unified Messaging (UM) solution “Office EDITION for Lotus Notes“ from MATERNA. Henceforth, innovaphone PB systems can be delivered with a Notes based UM solution. This first co-operation result will be presented at the MATERNA booth in hall 12, stand A 26.

 

Office EDITION is client/server based, extending the standing  Lotus Notes environment with fax, voicemail, SMS and CTI services, in a central journal data bank. All communication processes are seamlessly integrated into the new Lotus Notes version 7. The new Lotus Notes and Domino version 7 enables Office EDITION customers to take advantage of the IBM DB2 integration. Furthermore, CRM and workflow solutions can easily be extended by Unified Messaging and CTI functions. Office EDITION for Lotus Notes also includes many different possibilities of mobile Unified Messaging. For example, mobile employees will automatically be informed via SMS about incoming voicemails or faxes, which can be processed from any telephone. 

 

In contrast to manufacturers of common telephone systems,  innovaphone is completely focused on the development, production and commercialisation of IP telephony solutions. The company belongs to the minority of providers realizing uncompromising IP technology. All IP telephony solutions by innovaphone support the manufacturer independent standards H.323 and SIP.
