The individual complementary strength and resources of the two companies provide an ideal technological basis for a comprehensive and complete outsourced solution offering of:
- SMS messaging services
- Fixed-Line SMS messaging services
- MMS messaging services.
Providing these services globally, the strategic partnership draws from the collective experience of MATERNA and BoA in providing industry-leading mobile data services and infrastructure solutions. Through the combination of BoA’s carrier-grade SMS environment, mobile data transaction processing platform and direct SS7 signaling services with MATERNAs complete state-of-the-art Anny Way MMSC solution, fixed line SMSC and value-added content services components, the hosted services present an cost-effective, low-risk and rapidly available method for telecommunications providers worldwide to add advanced messaging and content services to their product line offering.
The collective strengths of MATERNA and BoA provide a wireless or fixed-line operator wishing to participate in the global explosion of SMS and MMS-based messaging with a clear value proposition.
